EDZ currently offer balaclavas in two different materials, the All Season & Light thermal. These are both of the same 3 panel design with flat seams so wearers are not left with a seam indented across their forehead.

Definition; A Balaclava is a type of hood that covers the head and neck leaving the face area open. The name is derived from the Crimean War, knitted balaclavas were sent over to the British troops to help protect them from the bitter cold weather. They are traditionally knitted from wool, and can be rolled up into a hat to cover just the crown of the head. Also often referred to as a ski mask.
